As the age of the geriatric population continues to advance, many patients face adjustment disorders, depression, bi-polar disorder, cognitive decline, and dementias. We provide a full scope of behavioral health services from testing and diagnosis to ongoing treatment and counseling. Effective communication between our primary care and behavioral health teams leads to improved outcomes and a better quality of life for our patients.
